Shipping Policy

• We process orders Monday - Friday 9am-5pm, and aim to process and ship orders within 2-3 business days. Please take order processing and shipping to your location from Langley, British Columbia timelines into consideration.
• Orders over $200 ship free within Canada. Please note that The Frosty Pony will not be held responsible for any lost parcels if carrier can confirm receipt of package. Orders below $200.00 or containing certain items that are exempt from the free shipping over $200.00 rule will be charged a flat rate of $19.95.
• We are so sorry, we do not currently offer shipping outside of Canada.

In the event that you live local to The Frosty Pony and would like to pick up your order you may select "Local Pickup" at checkout. The Pick Up option is free. Once your order is received you will get an email letting you know your order has been received. You will then receive a second email once the order is READY for pick up, with pick up instructions. If you do not receive this second email, please check your SPAM folder.

The Frosty Pony cannot guarantee the quality of delivery, nor is The Frosty Pony responsible for packages lost, damaged and/or stolen during delivery. We provide tracking numbers when orders ship by email. If you have issues with your delivery or believe your parcel may be lost, please contact Canada Post, or the relevant courier with your tracking information.
