Refund policy

RANCH STORE: Refund or exchange in the same form as payment within 14 days of purchase. Item must be in brand new, unworn condition with tags attached. No Returns or exchanges on sale/discounted items, special orders, accessories, hats, intimate wear or jewelry. 
MOBILE STORE: No returns or exchanges. All sales completed anywhere other than The Frosty Pony's store at 25379 Robertson Crescent in Langley, BC are FINAL SALES.
CHRISTMAS RETURN POLICY: Exchange or store credit only with receipt or gift receipt until Jan 30, 2027. No refunds.
